Registration and Costs

We look forward to seeing you at the Lakes and Rivers Convention. Please read this information carefully before you register.

Important Dates:

  • December 1: Registration opens
  • December 1-February 1: Early Bird Pricing Period
  • February 1: Last day of early bird pricing (at 11:59 p.m.)
  • February 2: First day of regular (non-early bird) pricing 
  • February 2-April 3: $20 processing fee applies to full or partial cancellations
  • April 3: Last day to make changes to registration; No refunds on any cancellations after this date
  • April 5: Last day to register as an In-Person Attendee (at 11:59 p.m.)
  • April 16: Last day to register as Virtual Attendee (at 11:59 p.m.) (Virtual sessions run April 16-17; there is not a one-day virtual registration option)

When you register, you will have the option of choosing one of three registration types:

As an in-person attendee, you can choose to register for:

  • Pre-Convention workshops on Wednesday, April 15
  • Wednesday lunch at the Convention Center
  • Thursday (all day) and Friday morning concurrent sessions (also includes keynote speakers, lightning talks, poster session, and lunch on Thursday and Friday)
  • Thursday Awards Banquet
  • Post-Convention workshops on Friday afternoon, April 17

As a Hybrid attendee, you will register for the live-streamed concurrent sessions and keynotes that are taking place on Thursday (all day) and Friday morning while also having the option of registering for in-person events such as:

  • Pre-Convention workshops on Wednesday, April 15
  • Wednesday lunch at the Convention Center
  • Thursday Awards Banquet
  • Post-Convention workshops on Friday afternoon, April 17

Virtual Only attendees have access to only the live-streamed concurrent presentations that are taking place on Thursday (all day) and Friday morning as well as the keynote speakers. View Virtual Agenda

No workshops or meals (awards banquet) are available for virtual attendees.

Once you know which registration type you’ll be choosing, you may proceed with registration.

We are using the same registration system as last year.

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT ONLY.

Students Get 50% Off!
Students enrolled in a K-12 school or institute of higher education can receive 50% off their registration costs. Please email wiwaterweek@wisconsinlakes.org for the discount code before registering.
